What is Fractional Product Management?
A fractional product manager is fully integrated with the team and typically does not have an end date to their role. They may have other engagements but their teams would not notice it as they are a part of the team.
A Fractional product manager is in its simplest form a part-time product manager. Companies sometimes call this an interim role but there is a difference as interim roles are typically full-time and have an ending. Fractional roles tend to be leadership roles such as Chief Product Officer (CPO), Vice President of Product, or Head of Product and help guide the company to determine "what to build".

What does a Fractional Product Leader do from day to day?
A fractional product leader does the same things that a regular product leader would do. Typically they would dedicate a fixed number of hours per week/month to an organization for a set cost and they would go about leading product management for the org. Some typical tasks of a product leader are:

Work closely with UX/UI experts to forge a user-oriented interface that empowers efficient handling and in-depth analysis of customer feedback and data.
Profit and Loss Responsibility and Management for all products.
Manage and Scale the product organization with a mindset of developing people.
