How to Earn Free Cruises  Gambling on Royal Carribean

When I went on my Greenland Cruise, I had a mission of leaving that cruise with a free cruise for my family's Spring Break the following March.  Here is how I did it and how you can do it too!

Background:

How Do you Earn Points?

You earn points by gambling in the Casino.  "You will earn 1 Reward Point and tier Credit for every $5 in a slot machine and 1 Reward Point and Tier Credit for every $10 coint in on video poker.  Reward Points and Tier Credit on Table Games are earned based on the type of game, average bet and length of play." 

This can equal to a lot of money but what I had work for me was to play my winnings and set a limit per day and per trip.  If you have a gambling probem you should not gamble.  I had a goal of earning a cruise in mind.  I had to earn 3,000 points and I was able to do this for $2200.

How Do you leave a Royal Caribbean Cruise with a free cruise?

Here are the three steps to leave a Royal Caribbean Cruise with a free cruise certificate:

1.  Visit the casino host as soon as you are on the ship and find out what cruise you want to go on and how many points you need to earn to get the certificate.

2. Make sure you put your card in the slot machine or anytime you gamble! Check your points often to ensure you meet your goal and do not go over that with extra gambling.

3. Check with your Casino host once you have enough points and confirm that you have earned the free cruise you were aiming for.  

Lastly, on the last day of the cruise, they will leave the certificate for your next cruise on your door.  That's it, it is that simple.

What about NextCruise?

If you know you are going on another cruise, you probably want to purchase a Next Cruise for $200.  On my cruise, if you bought the next cruise you would get $50 gambling credit when you used the certificate.

Is it worth it to make it to Prime Level  - Club Royale Rewards Program?

This is a personal decision based on how much you are gambling.  For me this was a no-brainer because I needed 3000 points for the cruise that I had to earn and Prime Level starts at 2500 points.
